I can't log into Moodle. What should I do?
Your Moodle login should be the same as for Vitnet and email. Please contact the help desk via http://www.viterbo.edu/helpdesk/.
I don't see my course in my course list. What should I do?
If you do not see a course listed in your list of courses:
Be sure to ask your instructor if you have any questions about the visibility of the course in Moodle. If your instructor believes the course is set as visible to students, but you cannot see it, be sure to ask your peers to confirm.
Finally, also note that when you drop/add a course, Moodle does not list/drop the course immediately. Please give the system overnight to sync.
I can’t find my grades in Moodle. What should I do?
Grades for each individual class are located within their Moodle page. Grades are located in the Administration block on the front page of your course. If this box does not appear on your screen, it has been “docked” and it is now located to the top left hand corner of the screen.
Click the docked Administration button. The box will appear and you can navigate to the grades section. If you wish to have this box “undocked” and back on the page, click the arrow pointing to the right button to “undock” this box.
Note: you may dock or undock any of the main boxes on your Moodle pages.
