Instructors will commonly have you submit class assignments by uploading a files for them to grade. Once graded, you may view the feedback provided by your professor in Moodle. The amount of feedback received is dependent upon your professor.
Turnitin is an assignment tool in Moodle. Turnitin helps detect original work by checking submitted assignments against web pages, other student papers, and leading library databases and publications. The results can be used to detect plagiarism, and supports Viterbo University’s efforts to maintain high standards of academic integrity. Alternatively, some instructors may use Turnitin since it is simple use evaluate and mark documents submitted online.
(2:23) If you are using an iPad, you can still use Moodle to submit files to assignment. The catch? You need to have your file stored on a cloud drive (OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox), and access to that account needs to be set up on your iPad.
