Viterbo uses Office 365 for email. You can access your email via https://www.viterbo.edu/o365.

streamMicrosoft Stream is an Enterprise Video service where anyone at Viterbo University can upload, view, and share videos securely. Upload and share recordings, meetings, presentations, sessions, or other videos.

How to Share a Video via Microsoft Stream

Microsoft Teams is available to all Viterbo University faculty, instructors, staff, and students. Consider using Teams for the following:

  • Checking to see if a colleague or fellow student is online
  • Instant messaging
  • Audio calls from computer to computer (or device to device)
  • Video calls from computer to computer (or device to device)
  • Online meetings (with or without video) and screensharing
  • Recording presentations (saved as a video file)

Office 365 ProPlus is now available to every Viterbo University student and employee. This includes the latest version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Outlook and more. This software is available for free as long as you are a student or employee at Viterbo.

Features:

  • Use the same programs as the faculty to ensure full file fidelity

To get your Office 365, follow these steps:

  1. Visit www.Office.com/GetOffice365
  2. Click the Find out if you're eligible button
  3. Enter your Viterbo email address (If unknown, you can look it up at www.viterbo.edu/username.)
  4. On the download site, select your language and click install

Note: If you are having problems installing, be sure you do not have a previous or trial version of Office installed. If you have a trial version of Office 2013, remove it in your Control Panel. If you still have trouble, run this Microsoft Removal Tool to fully remove any trace http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501.
