Course experience surveys are administered during the last two weeks of the course. Classes that do not utilize the eight-week/semester-long schedule are surveyed according to the class schedule.
Faculty will usually have access to their students' course experience surveys the Friday after grades are due. Faculty can log in at https://viterbo.evaluationkit.com or click the link the link in the "Course Experience Survey Access" block in Moodle to access response rates and/or reports.
It is recommended that faculty download or print a copy of their student course experience results from each semester. Watermark and the Vice President of Academic Affairs office retain a copy, but faculty are responsible for ensuring they have access to their student course experience surveys and can provide access for promotion and tenure.
Note: According to University policy (see Employee Handbook), courses with fewer than five students are not surveyed.

Fall I/Spring I (first eight weeks)
On the Monday of the 6th week of the term, surveys will open at 12:00am.
On Sunday of the 8th week of the term prior to classes ending, surveys will close at 11:59pm.
Faculty can access their course experience survey reports the Friday after grades are due.
Fall II/Spring II (second eight weeks and full semester)
On the Monday of the 6th week (of 8-week)/14th week of the full term (excluding spring break), surveys will open at 12:00am.
On Sunday of the 8th week/16th week of the full term prior to finals (excluding spring break), surveys will close at 11:59pm. (the Sunday prior to finals)
Faculty can access their course experience survey reports the Friday after grades are due.
Summer I (first seven weeks)
On the Saturday at the end of the 5th week of the term, surveys will open at 12:00am.
On Friday of the 7th week, the day classes end, surveys will close at 11:59pm.

Summer II (second seven weeks and full term)
On the Saturday at the end of the 5th week/12th week of the full term, surveys will open at 12:00am.
On Friday of the 7th week/14th week of the full term, the day classes end, surveys will close at 11:59pm.
