More Common Questions (click a question to view the answer):
I can't log into Moodle. What should I do?
Your Moodle login should be the same as your email login. Please contact the help desk via http://www.viterbo.edu/helpdesk/.
I can’t find my grades in Moodle. What should I do?
Grades for each individual class are located via Moodle. You can access grades via the Grades option on the left menu (navdrawer) or via your profile by clicking your name in the upper right.
When are classes removed from my Moodle home page?
Regular semester courses are hidden at the instructor's discretion (here are instructions). Anyone can hide their courses on their Moodle Course Overview that they no longer wish to see.
On the right hand side of the menu, click the three dots (...). This will allow you to select "Remove from view."
NOTE: Be careful! You will have to change your filter to specifically see "Removed from view." You can undo (click the three dots) to select to add them back to your view if needed.
