Technology Guides for Faculty and Instructors

The purpose of this guide is to provide resources for technologies used in teaching and learning--all in one location!

Student Response Systems

Student response systems allow instructors to interact ask questions and invite live (anonymous) student response via an electronic device to invite and track student participation and attention in class. Various responses systems are used, some needing a "clicker" by students and others using mobile devices.

If you need help or cannot find the information you seek, please email, or stop by the Library and Learning Commons.

TurningPoint Clicker Information

Viterbo has licensing with TurningPoint technologies. To use this system, software must be installed on your computer or the classroom podium, and students must purchase a device and/or subscription.

Troubleshooting: Students should contact instructors with issues. For those issues that need additional assistance, please contact Steve Orton, Viterbo's account representative at or via phone at 330-531-7798.
